Cannot connect wireless with Sonos PLay 1 on Orbi RBK13
I have seen several topics on issues with Sonos and Orbi, but none of them helped me. I am unable to connect my Sonos Play 1 to my new Orbi network I have the RBK13 AC1200 with firmware V2.3.6.18 and the Sonos Play1 speaker (I have 2, both wont connect). Wired connection works fine, but once I disconnect the wired connection, the Sonos disappears from the network. I factory reset the Sonos. During installation using the Sonos app, I find the sonos using Bluetooth, but once it asks which wireless network I would like to connect with, it throws an unexpected error. Are there specific setting I need to use on Orbi. I put my route in bridge mode to the Orbi.

Problem is when either create files on the share the other cannot move/delete these files, I have to go in to the ReadyNas admin and reset the file permissions on the folder or use the GUI to move the files.
I think there should be an option for file creation rights on the NAS but can't find it, please would appreciate some help.
File creation rights just follows the normal linux model - if you have write access to the containing folder, you can create/delete anything in the folder.
Is "grant rename and delete privileges to non-owner..." set on the file access tab for the share? I realize it only says AFP and NFS, but I suggest setting that anyway.
Maybe also look to see if "folder group" is set to read/write on the "default access" share. You could alternatively set "everyone" read/write access for the file access, and rely on SMB access controls alone to limit access.

Are you using the same SSID name and PW on Orbi that you had use prior on your old wifi router?

Try to disable the wifi security temporarily on the RBR. Then try to connect the Sonos to the system. Does it connect at all?
Then re-enable WPA and TPIK. Does it connect any? Then try WPA2 and AES only...

Hi bdriessen
Kindly update the firmware to v2.5.1.30. It fixes the compatibility issue with Sonos devices. Here's the release notes:
