SO, I am trying to log into my ORBI system via http://www.orbilogin.com/index.htm. After entering my credentials, it says Please wait a moment and hangs up there. Any thoughts? Thanks.

UPDATE: So, just turned the ROUTER off/on and was able to succesfully log in. Thank you.

How? With a browser and wired to the network?

It might help if you told people what the modem is in front of this router. The model number could be useful. Is it, by any chance, also a router, with a set of LAN ports on the back?

The reason for asking is that a lot of people turn up here trying to put a router behind a modem that is also a router. That can complicate troubleshooting.

If your Orbi is in AP mode, http://www.orbilogin.com/ may not work.

  My apologies on the lack of info. So, attempting to log in via my MBP using Chrome. FWIW, I have had ZERO issues in the the past logging in. I just cleared the CACHE and still cannot log in. Now, I opened up SAFARI and was ABLE to log in, no problem. My service is optimum and the modem is connected directly to my RBR50 and the satellites are wired. Thank you.

    I am probably the only one on the forum who does not know which of the 261 definitions of "MBP" is intended. "FWIW" I get.

Be sure to clear all browser caches.
Try a different browser, IE11, Firefox or Opera...
Does 192.168.1.1 do the same thing?
