can't connect new wifi6 orbi RBR750

Question

I have an RBR 40 orbi system with 2 satellites that works fine. I purchased the WIFI 6 system RBK753 that has 2 satellites and I can't get the app to set it up. I've messed around for a couple hours unplugging and plugging modem &amp; router and still nothing. The Orbi 45 comes up on my iphone wifi and that's it. I finally took the new system down and plugged my old one back in and it works perfect. Any help would be appreciated

Orbi AC RBS are not wirelessly compatible.

Be sure your mobile phone is connected to the Orbi AX systems wifi before trying to connect the Orbi app. Or use a wired PC or laptop connected to the Orbi AX RBR to set it up.
