Changing ISP -Orbi RBS50 - Internet is connected, but Orbi is not detecting internet

Hello,&nbsp;&nbsp;We have moved homes and switched ISPs, Our internet is up and running and my Desktop PC plugs in directly to the modem and is working correctly.&nbsp;&nbsp;We moved from AT&amp;T with an AT&amp;T provided modem that had wifi, we utilized the Orbi's wifi instead and it worked just fine.&nbsp;We are now with cox communications and our router is a non-wifi router. We are planning to connect our Orbis around the house via hard line, and have wifi from each satellite.&nbsp;Do I need to change a setting within our orbi to reflect this new configuation?&nbsp; &nbsp;I have tried unplugging everything in every step immagineable, but it still says internet cannot be found.&nbsp;Thank you

Whenever you change ISP's, its always good to start back at stock.&nbsp;
I'd start with factory resetting the router. (Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on).&nbsp;
then follow the install guide for it.&nbsp;

What modem do you have from cox?&nbsp;
Did cox provision it?&nbsp;

We decided to go against the router / wifi combo from Cox. We went with a arris surfboard - with no wifi capabilities.&nbsp;The plan has been to utilize the Orbi all wifi capabilities.&nbsp;&nbsp;
