Chargepoint wifi issues

Question

&nbsp;Hi. We have a Chargepoint car charger that was working well enough for the first few months but now can't find a wifi network to connect to.&nbsp;What model Orbi do you have and what is your current firmware?We're using Orbi RBR50 with 1 satellite. Firmware version v2.7.4.24 which I believe is up to date.&nbsp;Orbi is connected to a Verizon router with up to date firmware.&nbsp;Chargepoint is the Home Flex Hardwired (model number CPH50-HARDWIRE-L23). The nearest satellite is about 20 feet away.&nbsp;We're using the latest iPhone app.&nbsp;I saw a previous question about our Wifi Radio Frequency Environment, how many neighbors we have etc. I'm not exactly sure how to answer that but we live in a neighborhood with single family homes on pretty big lots. On my iPhone I can see a couple of neighbors' wifi networks, as well as ours.&nbsp;

Try connecting it to the Verizon router and test.&nbsp;
Something to make contact with the Mfr of this device regarding there product.

Thanks for this. The charger doesn’t find any networks, including Orbi, Verizon or any of our neighbors’ networks - all of which I can see as available on my phone when standing next to the charger. Does that suggest it’s an issue with the charger, not the internet?

The Chargepoint activation instructions appear to say that the&nbsp; process is conducted over a Bluetooth connection between the phone running the Chargepoint app and the charger.

Have you reset the charger and attempted to set it up again using the app and Bluetooth connection?
(I could not find a step-by-step explanation of the process, only "follow the directions")
&nbsp;
This sounds like time to call that 800 number and talk to Chargepoint.
