Connection issues, WiFi half working
In the orbi app the router shows a magenta color. Devices are able to connect to WiFi and use it but in a limited way. When an Xbox tried to connect to the WiFi it says an IP address needs to be found. It also was able to connect to Netflix at times but Hulu always says it cannot connect like more apps. It’s unusual for some to be working and others will not. It will also show certain websites as unsecure. We’ve gone through the Normal steps of resetting but nothing seems to be fixing these issues

Do you have something that can access the Orbi web interface (http://orbilogin.net) with a web browser?
Desktop? Laptop? Tablet? The web interface provides different information than the "app".
What, exactly, is the Orbi connected to? (brand & model).

Everything i try to open that website with shows a message "this connection is not private" and makes you close the page. It is connected to an Arris modem, model TM3402A

Yes, the latest web browsers complain about any "http" URL because by definition it is not encrypted, and thus "not private." My browsers do this as well, so I hunt for the option (often sort of hidden and saying something like "more information") and tell the browser, "go to the damn web site already." (I am not allowed to curse at flowers because it would hurt their feelings. Computers have no feelings.)
The Orbi web management site is accessible only from the LAN side of the Orbi, which makes it incredibly difficult for "evildoers" to snoop on these unencrypted packets.
The Arris TM3402A is also a router https://www.cox.com/business/support/arris-tm3402.html So, the Orbi is a router, connected to another router, which Netgear calls a "Double NAT" situation: https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT As the article describes, this can cause problems.
Does LAN cable connect with the xbox work?
