Consistant Packet loss on orbi RBR50
Starting a post since I don't know what to do anymore,
Firmware: V2.7.5.4
Router model: #rbr50 router and 2 satellite
OS: windows and android (I think this is what is being asked?)
environment: direct connection with ethernet cables and WIFI
Since a year ago there has has been constant packet loss which occurs about every second to 2 seconds as seen in the screenshot. Playing online games has been impossible to play competitively for me and brother.
The first thing we tried was restarting everything and after that resetting everything which changed nothing. We have tried changing many settings in the router to no avail. We did some tests to find out what was causing it. When our laptop is connected to the connect box modem we have no issues but when connected to the ORBI rbr50 the problem arises again. Even when connected to the ORBI rbr50 router by cable the issue persists. we swapped our ethernet cables used for this but the exact same issue still persists. We therefore think the issue is within the ORBI rbr50 router but we don't know much about routers and how they work so we are don't know for certain. We also tried disabling the modems 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz features incase it was causing interference but since the issue is there with cables we did not think this would do anything and it did not.
Any suggestion or anyone who knows the cause of the issue at hand please lend your hand.
Kind regards,
Mark,

What a fascinating graph! How was that produced? (special electronic tool? computer app?)

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF?

It turns out I have a rbr50v2 this is my mistake It did not show the v2 in the ORBI settings but it says so on the back of the ORBI router.
I do not know if these are the number you want but these are the ones I could find on the modem box.
Firstly a large print number with no text: CH7465LG-ZG
secondly a S/N: DEAP202203C0
On the internet I found that the model number should be: TG2492LG
I hope that these are correct since I'm not sure.

That model is an Arris Gateway modem with built in router and wifi. Your ISP Modem already has a built in router and wifi. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
https://kb.netgear.com/30187/How-to-fix-issues-with-Double-NAT
Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktop
Try option #2 first...
