Dead orbi after firmware update
Updated Orbi firmware (not sure what release it was as Orbi is now dead), started to update - progress bar showing progress, then PC disconnected as ethernet ports reset. Orbi powered on - no lights, no ethernet, nothing. Reset does nothing (yes, holding reset button in for ages) - completely dead; ethernet ports not active. Any ideas?

No, dead.
Netgear say that they can't issue RMA because no replacements in stock. Contacted 4 times in past 12 days; ring back after 48 hours is the reply.
Highly unsatisfactory; going to go back to the retailer and replace through them as NG service is a joke
