Disney Circle installed on Orbi Router-Passcode Problems

I have an orbi router with Disney circle installed on it. I use to be able to login to my Disney circle account on my iPhone.

Now my passcode is not working and when I ask for it to be sent to me, I am not recovering the text.

I would appreciate some help.

    Than you for your response, but I have read over several threads and tried everything I can do on my end to fix it.

    It seems like most people fix this issue by having a moderator help them and get the passcode from the server.

        Same issue here. Tried to verify through passcode but always failed. I kept resending and same code keeps failing?
