Do you mean that you bought an Orbi from an ISP and that it came with customised firmware? You may have to investigate the use of stuff like TFTP, and other "command line" tools, to write Netgear's firmware to your Orbi. I haven't seen much mention of that around here. It isn't something that Netgear will support officially, so a search for third party sites might help. Does your ISP have a user forum where you can talk to other customers?

You may have to investigate the use of stuff like TFTP, and other "command line" tools, to write Netgear's firmware to your Orbi.

I haven't seen much mention of that around here. It isn't something that Netgear will support officially, so a search for third party sites might help.
