iPhone app not working (vuezone)

I installed the phone app for my Iphone 10 and it won't proceed past a point in loading when it stiops and says Router not found.  It wants me to go to settings and activate wifi with Orbi.  I have checked it a dozen times, I am wifi cinnected to Orbi and yet I keep getting the error message that "Router not Found"?????

 

Why?

    Disconnected everything and started from scratch and now everything works.  Thanks for the assist.

    What FW is the CBR40 loaded with? 

    What iOS version are you using on the iPhone? 

     

    Might enable remote management on the CBR40, save settings then try the phone app again. 

     

    I have mine working on a iphone 6SP iOS 11.4

    On the CBR40, under Advanced tab, Advanced settings/Administration?
