Iphone Wont Update APPS
Hello,
I installed this a couple of days ago. Had some problems initially as type my email adress wrong on installation and hence had to ask admin support to update my account with the correct email address. All mostly OK now apart from being unable to configure remote management. I guess they left my incorrect email address in there somewhere!
Anyway my current problem is my Iphone and Ipad (software up to date) cannot download apps or update apps from the apple app store.
It says 'UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD APP, ### app could not be downloaded at this time'.
My PC is fine, I'm using the connection to post this question.
Any ideas of a solution?
ORBI plugged from yellow orbi connection to free wall-mounted router connection. Wall mounted router connected to fibre-optic cable outside.
No problems if I connect my iphone to the built-in wireless network on wall-mounted router.

PS, I tried resseting Iphone, switching wireless on and off, restarting iphone.
Please post this here for your model Orbi with out a cable modem built in:
What FW is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
Is the Orbi system operating in Router or AP mode?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between them to begin with depending upon building materials. What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
What WPA security modes are you using?Try disabling the following and see:
MIMO, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).
Disney Circle: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi/WARNING-Firmware-2-2-1-210-is-junk/m-p/1667485/highlight/true#M45926If you updated to recent FW v.210, try enabling Daisy Chain. Some have mentioned that this seems to be working in reverse order, enabling means disabled actually.

This issue was reported many times in this forum. The problem is usually caused by having 2 routers in your network.
Please make sure to bridge your "wall-mounted" router so it will not act as a router or if you can't do that then you need to set Orbi in AP mode (I guess that you currently have it in the default Router Mode).
