Maximum number of Orbi RBS20 Satellites I can add
Can I add another satellite? I currently have and RBR20 router with 3x RBS20 satellites connected through the house.
Thanks for your advice.

How big is this house? SQ Feet?
Having too many RBS may over saturate your home and the system and become problmatic.
30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-router

Hi Furry.
Thanks for your reply. My house is two storey, approximately 450 square metres per storey. That's about 1,480 square feet per storey.
I currently have 3 satellites but a a result of walls and floors one of the satellite's strength is yellow, the other two are green. The router is upstairs at one end of the house with one of the satellites upstairs at the other end of the house. downstairs the two satellites are at opposite ends of the house. There's two brick walls that signal has to get through within the house.
Any extra thoughts or comments? I'm happy to get another satellite, if it's safe to do so.

You may want to look into wire connecting the RBS via eithernet or use PowerLine adapters to help the RBS use a wired backhaul vs wireless due to the brick in the house being a factor.
