Have you power cycled the Orbi after the FW update?
Might need to factory reset the router and setup from scratch.
Others haven't reported problems with Armour as of yet. A few activation issues mostly.

I'm also having no Armor issues (except the occasional false vuln report) and have 6 Alex devices connected as well as a mess of other home automation devices.
