No internet connection with C6220

Hi all,

 

My ISP (COX) found they can send a signal to my modem, I can reset my modem from COX app, I can connect to my wifi but it just doesn't work, always no internet connection. Anyone has idea why?

  • Problem solved. It turns out nothing wrong with my modem and router, maybe cox didn't register my modem in a right way. I called them to reset my modem on their end then problem solved.
