No router light showing

Hi there, I have just pirchased Orbi AC2200/RBK20.

I have followed all instructions via the app i downloaded on my phone. There are no lights on either the router or the satelite.

It shows in on Wifi that we have it set up but we cannot connect to internet very well. When we open emals on devices they dont download so have to switch wifi back to th original router. Its making it all very frustrating as my office is out in a sleepout away from the main house so there fore we feel we have wasted money again on a produst we were told would sort all of our problems. I have also tried to contact support to no avail. Thanks in advance
