Hi,
When trying to add my iPhone (iPhone 12) as a trusted device in the routers account settings, I get an "Unable to add your device - an internal error occured. Try again" - message when responding to "Want to add iPhone to your trusted device?. I can find an old iPhone in the list over trusted devices under account managment/My trusted devices, but can't replace the old one. Any clues on how to add the new iPhone?

Hi,
I should have done it from the start, but reinstalling the Orbi app on my iPhone made it work. Thanks for your support đ

Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

Hi,
Thanks for your support. I've tried the sollutions suggested. Firmware updated on both satellite and router, disabled randomized MAC and IP privacy. But still can't add the device and I'm getting the same error message as before. It's not a big issue, just annoying so a may just skip to add the iPhone as a trusted device- FURRYe38Guru - Experienced User
What iOS is on the iPhone?
You can set a IP address reservation for the phone at least:

Are you trying to add this to the Access Control section of the routers web page?
