Did anyone try turning off NAT filtering? Once I turned that off I’ve had no connection or notification issues.

How many of these devices do you have online at one time? Possible port routing issue. See this with two or more game consoles online at the same time needing same ports, NAT Filter set to Open helps for these configurations...
