Orbi BK43 AC2200 intermittent working/not working

I have tried doing as much searching as I could prior to asking, but...

wondering if there is any advice or help possible.

I have seen quite a few similar questions and resolutions, but I am not tech savvy/network smart enough to really know what the solutions included, or how I would do the same myself. I will try to include what I think might be pertinent or helpful. I have Xfinity internet service. A Netgear Modem which I own, but do not have model number for while I am at work, sorry. It is probably 3 years old or so. Image search search, it looks similar to what I see as CM700 maybe...

I more often than not now, loose my network(s). Looking at the Orbi app on my phone, it will show ) of 2 satellites and won't be able to connect with any devices. Few hours, maybe a day later, all is good. I reboot, power everything on/off. No connection just seems to have a mind of it's own and works when it wants. The app always shows internet on, but no satellites, then everything unhooks. Getting worse lately and hoping for a fix. Or guessing I will have to get a new system. Had been petty happy up to recently. Admittedly we have LOTS of devices. I have checked for updates and rebooted both many times. Anything else to try or do??? THANKS

  • Does the top LED on the RBR turn PINK when this happens?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too when you can confirm this?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.

    How many RBS are deployed?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF?
Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices?
What channel configurations are currently set on the router?
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

The satellites do turn pink when the trouble(s) happen, but not router.

      Firmware shows v2.7.4.24.

Modem is a Netgear, but I am at work and not able to get actual numbers off it, my apologies. I just searched images and it appears similar (shape/layout) to the CM700.

Cables are/were good quality the few years ago when I installed this set up, I do know Cat6 and they used to do OK.

There are 2 satellites (RBSs, correct?).

Home is smaller, router downstairs with one satellite upstairs maybe 60 feet straight line between those.

Second is in unattached garage, same level as router about 100 feet away, most of the distance outdoors.

Have not tried turning the satellites off, except for on/off-restarting them.

Only have one wired desktop in the home, everything else wireless thru the Orbi. That desktop is hooked right to the modem.

Sorry, not sure what the channel configurations actually are.

I did for the first time see the channel interference page on the Orbi app on my phone, but above me head .

Was not aware of MAC address randomizers until you mention those also.

Will try and see if my Chromebook has anything in it's setting like that.

Appreciate the links, help, and advice.

Hope my replies weren't just meaningless gibberish, and again I know that I am digging into stuff I really am not experienced with.

      THANKS very much !!

Let us know actual when you can.

Distances maybe too far for the RBS. Try the 40-50 feet for the first RBS.
100Feet is too far for the RBS that's in this location.
