Orbi Blocking my IMAP server
I cannot connect to my email provider imap.onebox.com on any device on the wifi or LAN. I can ping it no problem. If i connect directly to cable modem i can retrieve emails on laptop. Same with phone if I turn off wifi and go cellular.
I have defaulted Orbi and power cycled cable modem to no avail.
I have also tried to add a service via security>block services>allow>and added imap port 143.
also added https 443.
Firmware is current V2.3.5.26
any ideas????

Opening a port is for when there is a host connected to the Orbi that should be available to access from the internet. Orbi does not restrict connections to the internet. I just checked my Orbi. Not only can I "ping", but I can also connect to the IMAP server, which says that it is:

Ok, just checking to be sure there is no router there. You should be good up and thru the Orbi router though.
