ORBI cbk43
Moved into a new home and trying to connect everything. I don't have much experience with this much tech.
We bought an orbi cbk43 (I believe), and tried plugging a lutron bridge into it to control our lighting via lutron's app. We can not see the lutron bridge when plugged into the orbi.
However, when we plug the lutron bridge into our router, we see it fine.
We have a sonos sound system and a honeywell thermostat system plugged into the orbi and it all works fine.

- Doesn't look like you have a CBK43 if you are connecting it to a router! Can you please take a picture of the back of the Orbi (the ports) so we can gues which Orbi you have.
- What is the model of the router to which Orbi is connected to? Do you have access to that router?
- From any computer attached to Orbi, can you please open the Command Prompt and enter:
> tracert 8.8.8.8
This will do traceroute to Google’s DNS server. please tell us if you see two private IP addresses listed in the first two hops or only one private address and the second hop shows a public address.
