Orbi Experience - (RBK50) AC3000

Hi 

 I have just set up the Orbi system and so far so good but wondering if the solid blue light which shows good connection  that is on the satelitte should stay on all the time or does it just initially show?  As we are getting a connection drop out on some devices that are connected?

    And is there an option to set up orbi with different "channels" such as the 2.4 or 5 Ghz so you can select appropriatefor device?

    The Blue LED should be in for a short period of time then turn OFF. OFF means all is working. 

     

    You can change channels for both radios. Found in the routers web page.

     

    What FW version is the Orbi using?
