I have +20 attached devices but only ~12-15 shows up in the device list, some of which I know are continuosly connected (such as an Amazon Echo, continously streaming Spotify). I've manually refreshed, restarted etc. but this seems to persist.
Ideas?
Many people have that problem. You are not alone. If all your devices are working and your Orbi router is not self-rebooting three times a day, then you are one of the lucky ones.

- mossywellDec 23, 2017StarI rolled back to 2.0.0.74 in the end. Had to do a nvram clear and factory reset and set everything up again, but at least everything now works again.
Note to self: don't update until Netgear have actually tested their firmware (or left it to their customers to do for free). - ratickleDec 23, 2017Apprentice

Note to self: don't update until Netgear have actually tested their firmware (or left it to their customers to do for free).Unfortunately, unless you have used Telnet to turn off auto-updates, within 24 hours your system will probably be pushed back to 2.1.1.16. Let us know if that happens.

How do you do a nvram clear?
does that happen automatically with a reset?
- mossywellDec 23, 2017StarOh OK. I thought that manual firmware updates disabled automatic firmware updates?
- mossywellDec 23, 2017StarNot at home ATM but it's something like
Enable telnet
nvram clear
nvram commit
Or something like that IIRC
Oddly it doesn't do what a factory reset does (which may mean I didn't do it right myself!) No idea if a factory reset does a nvram clear (ie the opposite way round) though. Can't harm to do both when the latest firmware is so screwed!
