Orbi firmware v2.1.1.16 discussion
do we need to do nvram wipe for this 2.1.1.16 Firmware just released today? noticed it downloaded automatically.
masonworld a vast majority of people are not Internet savvy or technical minded they just barely know how to follow directions provided in the setup instructions, no disrespect to anyone intelligence but most people have other things that interests them most are not even aware if this forum exists.
Or how many people are blaming their ISP ?
I've had the same issue of staying connected with Wifi but not having internet with routers going way back to the Apple Airport extreme, a DLINK, then the ISP router, then the ASUS UC87 and now the Orbi - but the Orbi the occurence seems to be far less frequent. Who should I blame for that?
Of course the telling thing is that losing internet seems to happen far more often on my roaming iOS devices than the non-roaming ones. So maybe that points to a problem - but sure why not just blame the network.
