Orbi Frozen

This morning I woke up and my Orbi has vanished! No sign of it on my wifi network. I have powerwashed, nothing. Tried resetting, unresponsive. Connecting via ethernet, no joy. It is completely unresponsive and I don't know why? Last night everything was fine. Has an update been pushed out overnight that has rendered my router and satellite useless? I can't seem to get through and the UK number either. Anyone else experience this?

    Have you power cycled the system OFF then back ON after 1 minute? 

    If so, try a factory reset and set up from scratch?

      Hi, Yes  as mentioned in the original post I have power cycled and the reset button is unresponsive. The unit is as if it has been frozen and will not respond to anything I have tried. I have seen another post whereby someone else had the same issue and was sent a replacement.
