Orbi Internal Server Error 500 RB40

Recently upgraded to Firmware V2.6.2.104

Now looks as if I'm getting Error 500 going to Access Controls. None of my satellites are showing up properly.

Is thier either a new firmware coming or can I down grade the firmware?

  • I was able to solve the problem by reapplying (manually) the same firmware. Reseting from scratch probably would of also solved the problem but that is a SERIOUS pain in the ass. So I highly suggest the first thing you do, is simply try to reapply the same firmware to the devices. Then if it does not work, reset the device and/or buy a new device :)

Try a factory reset and setup from scratch.

Be sure to clear out all browser caches as well. Try a different browser as well after the reset.

Or try a factory reset and setup from scrach. Be sure to save off a backup configuration file for safe keeping. This saves time when or IF a reset is needed.

      Enjoy. :smileywink:
