Orbi lte lbr20 good signal from at&t but no internet
I had AT&T on the phone and they said everything looked good on there end. I'm using a prepaid SIM card, I get 5 bars on the indicator but there is no internet connection. I've rebooted the unit several times. I can hook up my iPhone to it with the Orbi netgear app. All systems seem to be correct. But "No internet connection" My wife and I are fit to be tied, someone help us solve this please. Thanks, Paul

Hello pelliot,
I am sorry to hear that you are receiving a "No internet connection" error message. On your, iPhone navigate to settings > Wi-Fi > tap the "i" icon with the circle > toggle off "Private Wi-Fi address". Then proceed to access the internet.
