Orbi lte on EE APN

Got an lrb20 yesterday for my EE sim. Got APN issues can’t connect. Sim was in a huawei router and the APN works on that but not in the orbi. Any suggestions please

    May we please know the device SKU (LBR20-xxx)

    What is the firmware version? 

    How did you setup the device? Is there any error message when you run the setup wizard?

      I would give up.

       

      I have the same issue.  Trying to get the Orbi LBR20 on an EE sim.  I have spent 3 weeks with Netgears woeful customer service, Ive been on hold for over 8hours as I was put on hold over and over again by them.  They promise to call you back, and they never do.  It doesnt work and they have no interest in helping.

      Mines all going back to Amazon with zero star review for product and customer service.  The worst experience ive had with an electrical company in 20+ years.

      Hi,

       

      Did anyone get anywhere with this issue?

       

      I picked up the LBR20 yesterday as it was advertised as supporting EE on Amazon and the concept behind them seemed good.

       

      But I can't get it to connect to EE via my sim (which both work fine in other 4G routers). Have confirmed the APN settings with EE and the box never connects to the internet, have tried the mobile app, orbilogin.com via web browser using both setup wizard and advanced settings with no luck.

       

      My LBR20 came with Firmware version: 2.5.1.18

       

      Is this a known issue that is fixed by the latest firmware?

       

      Seems ike a massive oversight to not support the biggest UK network?!

        Have tried the latest firmware 2.5.2.20 as of this post. Made no difference, having confirmed the APN settings with EE I'm joining the poeple sending the LBR20 back to Amazon, I don't have time to mess around with something that should have worked out the box!
