Orbi random rebooting

Question

I have just bought an ORBI RBK43 AC2200 a couple of weeks ago. After the first configurations, it means just setting up a new SSID name and password for Orbi Wi-Fi, the router unit started to drop off the Wi-Fi and reboot itself. Every time the router finishes the boot, the white led blinks for a few times, then connect on internet for a fraction of seconds and reboot again without stop. I was unable even to update the firmware due the short time the router get connected.

There isnt any others Wi-Fi networks running in my place. Also the router is plugged directly on the wall.

Anyone has the same issues?

I would factory reset the unit by holding the reset button for 10 seconds see if that behavior changes if not I suggest contacting support.

Hi,&nbsp;I have reseted the unit to factoy default settings, but it didn't work either. The unit is unable to update the firmware as a message on app says.
