Orbi RB50 Admin Login Issue
Hoping the community can help. I tried logging into my Obri to adjust some settings. It prompted my for the username/pw and I put in what I thought I had set up. No dice. It asked me to put in my serial ID which I did and it asked me the security questions. I honestly can't remember the answers (the don't even make sense for me).
I then did a factory reset (reset button until blinking amber light on base orbi and satellite). When it restarted and all connected, went to the orbilogin page and put in the basic admin and password combo. It didn't take it. Still kicks me to my security questions which again, are asking for things I can't answer.
Any ideas on how to fix this so I can get into my Admin side? Nothing I have searched online has helped!

When the router is Factory Reset, the admin credentials should be "admin" and "password"
Is that what you tried?
Yes, and that is what is on the bottom of my Orbi.

How are you connecting to the router?
(wired PC or laptop? mobile device after logging into Orbi WiFi network?)
I seem to recall that the last time I did a Factory Reset and connected with a wired computer, that it didn't ask for a login at all, and went immediately to the setup process.
