Orbi RBK12 Ethernet Connections Issue

Wireless connectivity no issues. All Ethernet connected computers and devices no IP address provided by ORBI DNS, so no internet connection.

Orbi connects to Spectrum modem via Ethernet cable at internet port of Orbi. ethernet port of Orbi connected yo Netgear 16 port switch. Has always worked perfectly.

    What spectrum modem is it? 

    What firmware is on the orbi? 

    What switch is connected to the orbi?
    If devices are directly connected to the orbi (without switch) do they work?

      Thanks for the rapid response

      Yes all indications are it’s the switch as connecting to the lan port is normal with internet connection. I cannot access the router setup page using my PC connected directly to the orbi lan port. Using the Orbi app on my phone does not connect to the oribi setup page but to a sign in requesting email address and password neither of which I can remember or can get with the possible combinations. I simply want to get to the Orbi setup page. Should I be connected to the internet port of the orbi instead?

      I have reset the Admin password on the Orbi but did this using the Netgear tool which needs the orbi serial number.

      Can you help me get to the orbi setup page so i can see the FW version and other data?
