Orbi RBK13: Correct password isn't working on iPad
Help! I needed to change my password on the Netgear site (using desktop computer). Dealing with another problem (security camera), the support person (Blink) told me to "forget" my Orbi login info on my iPad. Was then requested to login - but the iPad would not recognize the new password that I had just created on the desktop. I tried restarting the iPad. Thank you for your help - I need this solved!!

You changed the login info for the router? or the connection info for the ssid (wireless network)?
Not sure as you weren't very clear

Thank you for your post!
I understand that you are not able to log into the admin page for your Orbi Mesh System. To resolve this please your Orbi routers password recovery feature to resolve this issue. The method will work if you remember your security question's answers. if you do not remember the answers to your security questions then you will need to perform a factory reset.
To use the password recovery feature please do the following:
Navigate to routerlogin.net or routerlogin.com> click CANCEL> Enter your Orbi router serial number then Click CONTINUE> Enter the answers to your security questions>click continue.
