Orbi RBK13 Latency Degrading
Hi,
Recently I made a move from a 3,500 sq home to a 2,500 sq home, and after setting up my old orbi RBK13 system, the latency degraded heavily. I am not sure if its because the smaller home caused me to place them closer together, provider change, or new firmware. I am not sure what could be causing my latency to go 5000+ to the point where my devices just disconnect. I was wondering if anyone could have any input on whether its the provider (which at the moment is COX, while at my old house was spectrum) or my setup.
Thanks in advance.

a couple details.
1. what modem/gateway do you have?
2. what firmware is on the router?
3. what are the interior walls of the home made of?
4. have you tested the latecy at each point (at the modem, hardwired into router, hardwired into satellite, then wireless on router, wireless on satellite)? That helps determine how everything is working/functioning

1. netgear CN1000
2.V2.7.3.22
3. I have wooden walls
4.I have tested the latency at each point of my house. The latency when it does spike affects the whole house, so the different location testing didn't really help.
A couple things.
1. have you tried making sure ipv6 is enabled?
2. have you tried a different dns provider? (make sure if you do to enter one for ipv4 and ipv6)
