Orbi RBK50 randomly drops internet connection on wifi only. It works fine when plugged in. This happens across all devices (laptops, google phones, tv's) System is new as of 1-6-18. Router Firmware VersionV2.0.0.74 Trying to decide if I should return and find another router before 15 day return period is up

To add to the above issue the wifi connection remains strong, only the internet stops working. And whilr this is happening the internet is fine on the "wired" computers. Only wifi loses internet

Do you notice if the wifi stops working when a certain device gets turned on? DarrenM

No, not that I can notice, it just appears random. I'm going to try updating the firmware

Any luck with the firmware update? I'm having the same problem.

I have the same issue. Thankfully the Orbi App has a reboot feature that I have to use every couple days. My issue does occur when devices are requested DHCP over Wifi. Pretty annoying.

  Unfortunately I've been too busy to try it. Hopefully in the next few days, but yes this is quite annoying and disappointing.
