ORBI RBR 50 V2 Loses Ethernet connection

Ive been using this router for 3 or 4 months with everything working fine, but a few days ago it started giving me problems. i lose my ethernet connection to my windows 10 computer. It says ip address is invalid. i can still use wifi on other computers although yesterday even that went out too. i have a intel i7 processor with 32 gb of ram running windows 10. the orbi mesh system is the RBR50v2. i have the xfinity modem plugged into the yellow port that says internet.the windows computer is plugged into another ethernet port on the router. i thought i had fied this yesterday by reconfiguring the router with the orbi app. it was working fine but now no ethernet connection.

The download speed was 106mbps and the upload speed was 23.2 mbps using wifi. I'm not sure how to see the firmware. i googled it and it said to put in username & password. Im not a network administrator or anything but that doesnt sound very secure. is there a better way to see this? i'm using the netgear router so xfinity turned on briging i think its called?
