Orbi RBR20 does not have wifi internet while connected to a switch

Question

After so many factory resets i finally figured out why i keep losing my wifi internet.

My home network looks like this:

COX > MODEM (CM1100) Port 1 > ORBI RBR20 INTERNET PORT > ORBI ETHERNET PORT > SWITCH

Anything that's hardwired to the switch have internet connection but any device connected to the wifi does not.

Can someone explain to me why?

As soon as i remove the connection to the switch and connect all device to wifi alone then it starts working again.&nbsp;&nbsp;

People have reports issues with some green switches or managed switches.&nbsp;What switch do you have?&nbsp;

I have the netgear prosafe GS108.&nbsp;My goal is that all house hold mobile devices to be connected through wifi.&nbsp;And for my desktop and laptop to be wired via switch.

Faulty switch or cabling? Try a different switch. CAT6 LAN cable is recommended.
