ORBI RBR20 Drop signal every 10 minutes

I got my unit for less than 2 years. These few days, it started dropping signals in 10 minutes after it is reconnected. I called Tech support try to see if there is a hardware problem or software problem, but Tech support won't help unless I pay for the fee. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind to pay for a tech support fee, but the Netgear tech support fee is extreemly high. If I pay for 2 years of Tech Support, the fee is enough for me to buy a new unit. If I choose a $49/3months of support, after 3 months, if the Orbi has problem again, I have to pay for the tech support fee again. This is very in reasonable charge.
The company shall hold its responbility to provide a GOOD quality of product and technical support to it's customer with the lifetime of the product, until the product is anounced obsolete.
Professionals, please help me with my issue. The unit after is connected works fine and provide full signals, but it will automatically disconnect the internet. The firmware is at 2.6.0.12. According to the ORBI app, it is up to date. May someone explain to me what is the problem and how can I resolve it?

I experienced the same issue of the device dropping internet connection if there is no activity for a period of time. This issue started after almost 1.5 years of use of this device. Alrealdy verified that it has the most current firmware.

Does it affect all your wireless devices only or even the wired devices? Have you tried turning off the satellite and see if that drops the internet connection still? Have you tried contacting our Support team?
