ORBI RBR50 - one satellite does not connect

I have a ORBI RBR50 (router + 2 satellites), one for each floor. Router is in middle floor. connection with satellite in top floor is ok. 

connection with satellite in bottom floor is a no-go.

How can I have the connection with this satellite working?

I have in the bottom floor a cabled connection (via ORBI router). Can I enter in the satellite with a cable, and then spread wi-fi through the satellite? I have tried, but did not suceed.

or otherwise?

    Turn off DaisyChaining and see if it makes a difference. Yes you can connect the satellite with a cable, through the satellite, and then spread wi-fi, as long as it is connected to the Orbi router. The satellite has to be configured first, then move it anad plug it in.

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

    What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
    What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

    What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
    Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
