Orbi RBR50 Issue connecting to wifi (Router + Satellite) Modem Netgear CM700
Netgear Orbi AC3000 Home Wifi System
Netgear CM700 Modem
MacBook Pro (Retina 15-in, Mid 2015) running MacOS Catalina
Bedroom
The issue I am currently having is the Orbi system doesn't seem to appear on wifi. I have tested the modem itself with an ethernet directly to my laptop and it works great so the issue is the Orbi Router not picking up the signal that is being passed through the ethernet. I have also run multiple test from the Netgear guide but have not been succesful. The Orbi light is a solid magenta. Can anyone get me in contact with customer support so I can get a replacement I am still under warranty. I am using my other router ( Nighthawk X6 ) as a backup and it works and runs smooth.

Netgear provides 90 days of "complimentary support" with a new purchase. If the system is new, there is a link on the product registration page to contact support for assistance. Product warranty is one year, but it doesn't sound like this has ever worked, correct?
There is a difference between "no WiFi" and "no internet". If you power on the Orbi base unit (not connected to anything), the WiFi SSID printed on the product label (on the bottom) should appear as a WiFi network. There are situations where customers have installed Orbi networks that are not connected to the internet at all. Purely for internal use. That would be pointless for the rest of us, but it does work.
If the Orbi WiFi SSID does not appear as a WiFi network, I would first do a "Factory Reset" and try again:

I have tried that already but still the SSID does not appear anywhere and when it does it's brief and when I attempt to connect it says "cannot connect to network". The modem is working fine providing internet but I can't seem to use my Orbi system to Restart a Setup or even Connect to the SSID because with or without the ethernet cable connected to the Router the SSID is still not visibile. I also have tried creating a SSID to join but still no luck.
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-router
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO(MIMO may or may not be needed) and WMM. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Circle, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Set Short preamble instead of Long preamble modes. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).One User Experience/Configuration:
