Orbi RBR50 not working

I purchased my Orbi from Best Buy in July 2019. I haven’t had any issues until last night when it went out and basically disabled my entire home. Since we switched over everything during the pandemic to be a smart home. I have tried the fixes recommended on this site and others. It’s get very frustrating that we spent as much as we did and in 3 years it has completely crapped out. It has a slow blinking white light after I reset it. I get an error if I try to reboot, reconnect or try to upgrade. Any and all suggestions are appreciated.

    How are you attempting to administer the router?

    • web interface?
    • Orbi 'app'?

    What device is showing an error?  can you please describe the specific message?

      Through the Orbi app. The Orbi is showing the error. It’s saying that it cannot connect. It’s hooked up to our Fios router. Which is working fine. We love the Orbi too but it just went dead.

        I guess that the blinking white light you see is on the Orbi satellite? Is the Orbi router working fine? How many satellites do you have and do you see the same issue on all satellites? Screenshots from what you see on the Orbi app would help us understand the issue please.
