Orbi RBR50 quit working
My Orbi RBR50 quite working. I did a factory reset and tried a new install. After scanning the QR code. The orbixx wifi network did not show up. Does this mean the hardware is defective or is it something I can fix. I purchase the Orbi rounter about a year ago. I don't know the firmware version.

I tried this link but my Orbi router fails to bring up the its Wifi network of "Orbixx". So I can't set up the router.
Use an Ethernet cable and attach it directly to your computer. Then access it via its assigned ip address or the web gui. Then flash the latest firmware.
"Connect your computer or mobile device to the Orbi router or satellite with an Ethernet or WiFi connection."
