HELPom losing it, almost smashing my orbi through the house...one moment everything is fine, next moment no internet connection...i've tried every possible way to reset the orbi router, but it never shows an orange color, just red flashing, then green steady at the power button. the top ring is continues flashing white. i have just my phone with 4g nothing else, i've read some things about how to reset with new firm stuff, man I have no idea what im reading, i have no IT experience and no im losing my head over this.... this stuff costs a lot of money, and now after 2 years, it stpped working and i cant to make it work again.... Please, somone, help me get this thing working again.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:Turn off and unplug modem.Turn off router and computers.Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.Turn on computers and rest of network. Can you access the RBRs web page at 192.168.1.1 with a ethernet connected PC and web browser after pressing the reset button for 15 seconds then release. Try this with the RBR disconnected from the ISP modem/ONT.

where can I find what version its on?it has been working fine for the last 2 years with cat6i dont even know if there was n update, one moment it was online, was about to play xbox, and then the next sec it was offline, and wont come back online... just had everything off, then turned on the modum and waited to be fully operational.then plugged in the orbi, nothing, just flashes white ring on top.... tried to reach the page but can't.... says i have no conection

i pulled the cable from the orbi, and put it directly into my pc, and then the pc has internet....so everything is working, but somehow the rbr50 doesnt allow the connection....

If you can get into the RBRs web page will be seen on the upper right hand corner of the page. What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
