Orbi rbr50
I got a new modem installed by spectrum. Hardwire to my computer it works great. But when I connect my orbi rbr50 back to it, my download speeds completely drop to the point I can't use my wifi for any devices that used to be connected prior to the new modem. The app speedtest says I have excellent speed but I can't given test through the actual wifi on my computer because its so slow. My version firmware is v2.7.3.22. I had no issues with my rnr or rbs until this new modem from Spectrum. Please help
What was the brand and model# of the prior modem?
Has a power OFF of the current ISP modem and the RBR for 1 minute then back ON been performed?
Be sure your using good quality LAN cables between the modem and RBR. CAT6 is recommended.
Try a different modem if the prior modem worked. Could be something wrong with this new one.

Please edit out any Serial numbers and MAC addresses of Orbi devices before posting for security reasons.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

- I ended up doing a factory reset on the orbi and rebooted modem and it fixed the issue.
