Orbi RBR50v2 - Access to Retail websites

Hi there

We are using the Orbi RBR50v2 for our WIFI access.

We have noticed that there are some retail websites that we cannot access - it just says unable to connect, and has a blank screen.

Is there a system wide setting that we need to change to sort this out?

Really hope someone can help with this question

    BTW - forgot to mention that it seems to be some retail sites that cannot be accessed.

      Some examples would be helpful.

      Does this system have Bitdefender Armor or Parental Controls enabled?

        Also what modem/gateway is it connected to? 

        Is IPv6 enabled? 

        Are you using a different dns server? Have you tried a different one?

        Try a different DNS Server. Here's a few for ipv4. Also remember to change the ipv6 dns server if ipv6 is enabled
        CloudFlare 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1
        GoogleDNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
