Orbi RBS50 no 2.4GHz connection to router

Is there a setting in the phone to disable the 5ghz because right now you can not force orbi to use 1 band.

Unfortunately there is no way to force the phone to connect at a certain band. What I did is hooked up the old router again and changed the SSID of the 2.4 gigahertz to match the new orbi SSID and password. Then I was able to connect my phone reprogram the outlets disconnect all that power back on the ORBI and everything is fine
