Orbi router and satelite issues RBR50v2

Orbi router RBR50v2/Orbi satelite rb550v2

Hi. Not long time ago I started to have problems with my network setup at home. It was working just fine when I moved in to new apartment 1 year ago. I wasn't moving router or satelite sice I moved in to diffrent place.

Recently my Orbi satelite is not giving me full speeds of my internet  which is 500/500mbs.Now im barely getting above 200/200mbps from satelite. When I'm close to the router then I have full speed of my internet, but not from satelite. It was helping before to restart whole network system at home and it worked just fine. But in cople of days and it went back to 200/200 again on the satelite. On the router websites it showes that Orbi Satelite is coneccted with 5G and it has good connection with router. If this have something to say so I have only 5 devices connected to my home network. I didn't change any settings on router webside.PLZ help

What Firmware version is currently loaded?

What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router and satellites been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
    Turn off and unplug modem.
    Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.

Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Smart Parental Controls or Circle, Traffic Meter.

Hi. I belive that Im using the newest firmware on my router and satelite. Yes,I am using auto channel on 2.4ghz. I tried to use diffrent channels on 5Ghz and it worked good for a while with good speeds but i went back to normal again. So far I didn’t try channel 48 on 5ghz. Size of my apartment is 80 square meters. Router is about 12-14 meters far from satelite. I will try your suggestions when i get free time this week and let you know
