Orbi Satellite does not see Wired device
I'm connecting a wired Ethernet RTU to teh RBR50 Satellite and when configured for DHCP it is not "seen".
If I configure the RTU device with a static IP - it is seen and connects perfectly.
Why is DHCP not working with this device? OR
Why is the device never seen as "Attached" by Orbi?
...been running through all the status and settings in an effort to discover why this is not working!
Thanks,
Mike

I would say look at the setting on the device and make sure your DHCP settings are correct.
If the problem persists, reset the network settings on the device.

Here is the totality of the device settings:
NETWORK SETTINGS
DHCP Enable [On or Off] (set to ON)
IP Addr [IP field] grayed out - cannot be edited
Mask [IP field] grayed out - cannot be edited
Gateway [IP field] grayed out - cannot be edited
DNS [IP field] empty but can be edited.
The Orbi browser interface sees plenty of wireless and a few other wired devices - but never this device.
Unless I set a static IP.
Thoughts?

Unfortunately I don't think it is an Orbi issue, or all other devices would have DHCP problems. Can you factory reset the device or reset the network on the device?
Is it possible the device is defective? And as CrimpOn asked, can you provide the name of the device that is malfunctioning?
Ethernet RTU??? Perhaps provide the model number?
