Orbi satellite will not connect to my router
I set my orbi and satellite 2 days ago. It was fine then last night and all day today the satellite stopped working. I opened the app checked for satellites and none found. I try to connect it got the blue ring and nothing. I suck at computers for the most part so any advice would be huge. I have the few 12.0.18 on the router

Do you happen to have a special character or space in your wireless password this is a known bug to make satellites disappear. If not you could try to factory reset the satellite and re sync the unit.

- Thanks Darren I actually did I factory reset I and took the space out and it's working great thankfully 👊🏼
Wait... I missed the notice that a SPACE or special character is causing all this wonkiness with 12.x
Why is this not an PINNED message at the top of the forum?
This issue will also be fixed in the upcoming firmware.
