Orbi Satellites now only work in Ethernet mode.

I am really confused. My orbi system was delivered 3 weeks ago and worked on first setup. However it dropped connection and I went through pairing again. They all paired and all have the latest firmware.

 

However none of my devices can connect to the satellites through wifi, but ethernet connect to them is fine. If I switch the satellites off I can connect direct to my main orbi router through wifi.

 

I have even tried pairing multiple times and even resetting the whole system from scratch.

 

Any ideas?

    You mention you have the "latest firmware". What is the firmware version number? Some people are having difficulty with v2.1.2.18. In fact, Netgear has recommended–if you're having problems–to downgrade back to v2.0.1.4. Also, how are your satellites configured? Do you have Daisy Chain selected? If so, try turning that off.
