Orbi setup —> no such file or directory

Had configured with AC1750 cable modem router and worked without problem for 7 months. Suddenly unable to connect to internet with orbi. Have reset both modem router and Orbi. Internet connection is good (and even says so on orbilogin.net homepage). Firmware up to date. Finally reset Orbi router and with wizard setup, directs to routerlogin.net and says “no such file or directory.” Help!

    Have you tried logging-in from a computer browser and bypassing the App?

      Yes, before resetting Orbi. Would say unable to find the server? But now that it won’t complete the setup wizard, can’t even access Orbi other than thru orbilogin.net. Any thoughts? I really appreciate the help

    Is the cable modem/router in router mode or bridged?

    What mode is the orbi system using?
